Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data collection of eight countries to facilitate the visualization, creation and analysis of commercial KPIs for decision making.• Management/Board: offer a complete analysis of the performance of the main launches (purchases, forecast, sell-in, sell-out, inventories, pre-sales). Facilitate the visualization and analysis of the main commercial KPIs (gross sales vs. budget, vs. forecast, vs. last estimate, vs. last year).• Brand and Sales: participate in sales and brand alignment meetings. Analyze the product performance by customer (sell-in, sell-out, weeks of inventory, out of stock, pre-sales).• Trade marketing: estimate the promotion goals by customer, store, product category and promoter. Generate analyses of the final KPIs (real vs. goal).• Suppliers (Nintendo, Roku, etc.): generate KPIs and participate in discussion spaces (PDCA, Business Point, Business Review) about the performance of brands. Constant communication with Nintendo of America.• JVLat (commercial + management): automation and maintenance of reports in QlikSense. Ensure the correct use of QlikSense (staff training). Lead the QlikSense super-user committee meetings.

Execute the sales planning process for Chile, Peru and Brazil to ensure the sales forecast by business unit. Identify risks and improvement opportunities detected through the development of KPIs and forecast analyses. Lead the SOP project tests (Sales & Operational Planning - Demand planning module). Standardize and supervise the Mexican, Chilean, Colombian, Peruvian and Brazilian databases. Create and update the Commercial Data Center (where the information is shared with other areas and suppliers in real time).

Coordinate the Demand Department. Lead sales and marketing interaction to execute the S&OP process (Sales and Operations Planning) in order to detect opportunities in brands and clients. Build an accurate forecast and analyze different KPIs to propose action plans to improve the sales performance (e.g. backorder).

Design project logistics for new customers, such as: sizing necessary resources (areas-spaces, equipment, number of employees, etc) to perform the storage of different types of products and estimate the costs of project implementation.
