- Developed the core document describing objectives and defining the outline of the study, optimizing the use of resources of the project. Wrote the research protocol.- Developed documents such as informed consents, check - Lists, budgets, reports, and action protocols for the activities in the community, helping in the organization and standardization of the processes. - Partnered with the National Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance to receive approval for the studies and make collaborative work. resulting in the approval of continued resource allocation and support that allowed properly followed ups.- Recruited and trained 25 community health agents (CHA) and 4 health professionals for the technical team, following the HR national standards, and reducing employee turnover. - Coordinated and scheduled more than 200 home visits with the 25 CHA to recollect the study data, referred the malnourished positive cases to the national health system, documented the cases ensured timely diagnosis, reducing cases in the community.- Integrated the project and the national protocol to treat approximately 12 children per month to assure their well-being and healthy development. - Administered the payroll for the 25 community health agents, with a full understanding of up-to-date HR practices.
