During my time at the College Board, I have been a creative leader, leading the organization's brand strategy; supporting the development of various cross-media campaigns, publications, and initiatives; and managing the internal creative team and agency partners.

I developed from a Designer I into an Art Director over 5 years. I managed and led the six person design team and was interim Creative Director for 9 months. I developed branding and marketing materials that included national advertising, brochures, conference materials and web design. I also created and maintained the in-house photo studio and shot photographs for all marketing materials.

I developed and designed business proposals, national advertising, interactive presentations, promotional posters, and company intranet sites. I was also responsible for all in-house photography in the Dallas office.

I was the lead graphic designer at this organization for two years. During this time, I developed interactive websites, a large-scale product launch, national advertising, corporate identity pieces, and led in-house photography and videography.
