- Over 20 years of experience of delivering outstanding image content and commissioning for editorial, unit and key art photography- Managed the Picture Commissioning team which consisted of overseeing all the editorial photographic output across all genres and working closely with a number of senior internal and external stakeholders- Managed Annual Pictures budget- Worked along business affairs to draw up new photography licences to include the changing technological needs of the channel- Working closely with external production companies to deliver high-end photography, both for the Channel’s needs and the production companies international sales.- Working to tight budget, timescales and operational deadline, managing own and others workload to ensure achieving set targets and outcomes as outlined by commercial team and clients - Producing creative briefs for photographers and responsible for commissioning 100+ (annual) freelance photographers, stylists, make-up artists, set & prop designers
