I've worked on hundreds of incredible projects and have also spent many years working across education, gender equity, poverty reduction, environmentalism and health.I mostly work with start-ups trying to do good things, small and medium sized businesses, social enterprises, and not-for-profits in product design, development and growth, research, improving or changing programs and journeys for beneficiaries and the people who deliver the services, behavioral change, and measuring impact. Essentially, I fix specific problems with a variety of methods.I created and ran a small experience design studio for a decade, managing projects such as His Holiness the Dalai Lama & Archbishop Desmond Tutu’s Book of Joy, a training intranet for thousands of staff across the world partnering with global NGOs, numerous digital learning platforms for various audiences, and ecommerce sites. I've spent nearly 15 years designing (digital, physical, services) and believe in design that considers all species, ecosystems, soil, ocean and air.I understand it can be very difficult to see what is actually good these days within significant complexity, but I don't spend time with greenwashing and bullshit; the mountains beckon.What I believe now: We don't solve wicked problems, we create better & more just problems.I've been really lucky to speak at workshops across the world and I'm inspired by many humans I've met who do oh-so-much more than I ever will.I'm an accidental slow wanderer of 70+ countries.
