• Answers and directs incoming calls along with greetings visitors. Ensures all clerical resulting responsibilities are carried out. Maintains files updated, compiles lists of archived documents with their locations.• Produces production reports and enter data in information system.• Assists in the management of the plant reception and services.• Is the administrative assistant with regards to follow-ups on purchases and orders in the information system and provides confirmation of plant services rendered.• Carries out entries in the information system for raw materials received.• Manages the petty cash for internal expenses.• Registers the plant employee transportation expenses • Under the direction from the Plant Director, in collaboration with the Director Controller of Finances Director of Integral Systems, Quality and Environment, Health and Safety, Union Representative, compile, verifies, coordinates, and enters plant employee work hours. Maintains and updates assigned personnel files, produces reports upon request from supervisors, and assists in the management of Plant Human Resources.
