    POS Solutions – Petroleum DivisionParticipated in various projects as a Sr QA/Data Analyst for the Canadian Tire Petroleum POS BT9000 system in order to incorporate the following enhancements and/or upgrades:• Processing of Fleet cards with GPS (Global Payment Systems) & Moneris• Introduction of chip (EMV) & contactless technology• Loyalty program• eBooks (electronic transfer of POS reports to the Canadian Tire Portal)• Automation of AS400 reporting using reports & XML files retrieved from the POS system• Introduction of new hardware such as Ingenico 3070 POSPAD & Motorola scanner Responsibilities included:• Developing & executing test cases related to the above projects. Test cases included debit, credit, and gift card end-to-end processing which required feedback from CTFS, Moneris, GPS & Petroleum finance. Test cases also included transactions with various loyalty programs using Loyalty Cards and/or Credit Cards linked with Loyalty Cards. • Performing various types of testing such as functional, regression, system integration, negative & installation testing.• Reporting & documenting the test results in an in-house tracking tool.• Working with development teams investigating & correcting software bugs & deficiencies based on the testing results.• Reviewing XML files based on data entered at the POS.• Developing the business requirements for the Automation Tool & working alongside the developers to implement the automation; this entailed creating test cases & test data to ensure requirements were met.
