Ensure that all team members are trained skilled and comfortable with advance patient service activities. Coach team members to consistently surpass patient service expectations.Maintain patient relations through ongoing dialogue with patients before, during and after treatment. Identify and respond to unsatisfied patients with the appropriate recovery action.Maintain effective patient flow through constant communication with the dentist, dental assistant, hygiene team, the patients and the front desk team.Actively support the hiring and recruitment of Dental team members. Train, coach, motivate and manage the performance of all the team members.Integrate new team members into the practice by monitoring and adhering to a formal training and development plan focusing on competencies & learning outcomes.Actively leads huddles and team meetings to improve the quality of patient interaction, foster team relations and enhance business results.Provide leadership and supervises the entire dental team in problem solving, patient satisfaction, staffing changes, processes, and other priorities to support all key dental center daily, weekly and monthly objectives.Create and maintain current contacts in the insurance industry and with third party payers facilitating communication among plan administrator, patient and Dental Center.Monitor and manage revenue budgets and accounts receivables. Manage with effective action plans to address any shortfalls.
