I steward the Bosma Enterprises brand leading marketing and external communications, public relations, advocacy, and customer service. Devise and execute strategic marketing and external communication initiatives including Bosma’s earned, owned, and paid media. Manage the organization’s public policy and government relations as well as oversee the customer service staff and processes in driving customer success. Develop, execute, and measure strategic communication programs including crisis management. Improved the culture within a department by implementing success metrics and introducing standard operating procedures which improved employee attendance and performance. Oversee an integrated public policy program holding the primary relationship with lobbyists to monitor, initiate, and respond to emerging issues impacting bling people at a national, state, and local level.  Partnered with leaders representing diverse disability groups to modernize a version of the State Youth Bill. Spearheaded and rolled-out an internal voting initiative which increased employee voting rate by 30%. Formulated communication plan and selected an external PR agency to assist with navigating a crises situation; successfully controlled the situation by crafting and releasing Bosma’s messaging first.
