As Future Shop was rapidly expanding in Québec, the need to ensure it complied with the requirements of the French Language Office (L'Office québécois de la langue française) became a challenge. My role was to ensure internal (marketing notes, memos, training material, etc) and external communication was available in French in a timely manner and within budget.
