After working as a communication specialist for more than a decade, I decided to elevate my communication skills to a new level—focusing on the human aspect.Practicing meditation, yoga, and breathing techniques from an early age, I deepened my yoga skills with a Vinyasa Teacher Training in 2012. In 2018, I started giving chair massages at different companies like ABN/AMRO, Delta Lloyd, schools and hospitals. In 2020, I created De Ruimtemakers, a team of holistic bodyworkers, and hosted wellness areas at different festivals like Mysteryland, Tijdloos, & Decibel. In 2021, I completed my studies at the Iokai Shiatsu School to become a shiatsu therapist.I have my own beautiful practice at Sarphatistraat 6 in Amsterdam, where I offer shiatsu and body-oriented therapy, Do-In yoga and holistic massage treatments. I am trained in eating disorders, stress and burnout management, and the application of the polyvagal theory.
