My career, so far, can be divided into three parts; the first 15 years gave me extensive experience in leading change within IT solutions in international and complex organizations. Part two has been 17 enjoyable years working as a leadership coach/trainer and CEO of a speakers bureau.Currently, I'm helping small and medium-sized businesses with change management, administration and accounting. These experiences together with my communicative skills and positive attitude, makes me strong in creating trust and building relationships with people on all levels in an organization.I am a solution- and result oriented person who doesn’t hesitate to act in new situations.
