I have strong abilities and compentencies within development, Strategy, Management Support & Sparring, Recruiting and Performance & Leadership management.I have had many years of excellent experience within HR, due to having worked within the entire HR palette and also to having recently been employed as a sparring partner and support for HR leadership and overall company management, including areas such as Performance & Leadership. Furthermore, I have been responsible for all levels of organisational recruitment, succession planning, facilitated meetings and workshops, as well as the governance of different types of development processes.Personally and professionally I am a passionate, committed and ambitious HR partner, focusing on and ensuring that HR creates value for business. I develop and maintain this by building trustworthy relationships in cooperation with management and staff, and highly initiate the personal development of the competencies required, in regards to the improvement and performance of both staff and management.
