My involvement includes project management, support to the network organisations, project planning, knowledge transfer and evaluation. Developed and recommended partnerships for Cuso International's planning process for expansion of services within the Caribbean. My tasks included field research, partnership building, identification of areas for partnership, report writing, participation in planning, creating linkages. Partnership development was done with local, regional (Caribbean) and International NGOs.Top achievements:- Academic and field research and partnership building in the areas of youth access to justice and youth entrepreneurship & employment which translated into reports/recommendations to the project team- Several recommended partnerships stemming from my work were included in Cuso’s five-year plan for the Caribbean - Received a very positive evaluation from the staff of a partner organization to whom I thought tools needed to increase work productivity, including project management tools/knowledge

My assignment was to foster/build partnerships for the integration of seniors' transportation services to health-related appointments. The work involved planning, capacity building and integration of services between three coalitions and 34 independent board-run community support service NGOs. Top achievements:- Assisted in leading and guiding 26 organizations from three different Executive Committee lead coalitions towards a successfully integrated transportation program for seniors- Academic and field research that lead to recommendations to a steering committee that included a proposed model of service- Developed, in collaboration with the team, a work plan for the implementation of the model of service- Received positive feedback from managers and steering committee who I supported in their leadership role

Supported a local NGO to build their capacity in the areas of children’s and women’s rights and services in the areas of Governance & Participation. Part of my role was also to supervise and teach skills to a National Volunteer with a view toward sustainable development. Top achievements: - Delivered a two day workshop for staff regarding services to street youth and youth in prison.- Made multiple accepted recommendations to the organisation’s governance documents - Focus groups, recommendations and delivery of a two-day training session relating to counselling services for children who are abused- Supported organisation teams with programming- Adapted very well to a new environment (as evaluated by placement colleagues)

I managed two staff positions.Top achievements:- Contributed to planning for, and managed a budget of over $400,000.00- Lead a Coalition of 21 NGOs towards better-coordinated, collaborative and integrated programmes and services, including leading strategic planning processes, developing work plans, management of the implementation process, and monitoring and evaluation- Developed strong ties with health care partners and the funding organization, and contributed to several decision and action oriented health care sector committees
