Data Career Jumpstart is an online course/bootcamp geared towards assisting professionals who wish to transition into a data career.At Data Career Jumpstart, I work within a small team offering guidance on transitioning into data, answering technical questions, and help maintain a positive atmosphere among 100+ bootcamp members.

At Roma Moulding, I provide training and lead the Customer Care team to work cohesively to meet KPIs, resolve client issues, as well as provide daily reporting, and quality assurance. In addition, I provide support to both customers and sales reps via various methods of contact including phone, fax, email and LiveChat. This would include order placement, inventory checks, returns and replacements, payments, credits and/or debits, shipping inquiries, special pricing or discounts.I am also the main point of contact for select VIP customers. On occasion, I would provide backup coverage for Reception, where I handle or direct inbound phone calls, assist walk-in clients and delivery persons.I often performed thorough beta testing on new systems and programs, as well as serving as a proof-reader for the Marketing Department.
