Reporting directly to the company Director, my role includes oversight of all studio operations, the account management team and the design team to deliver on projects across a variety of industries. I am also the project manager for Matters Journal, a weekly digital and bi-annual print publication published by Local Peoples. - Managing financial forecasting, reporting, and budget oversight for all client and studio projects- Studio resource forecasting, planning and traffic management to ensure studio efficiency and timely delivery of client projects- Project management of Matters Journal, including the successful launch of 3 print issues in 2018/9- Business development and partnerships- Focus on running projects according to Human Centred Design principles to achieve outstanding results for clients - Maintaining BCorp certification by ensuring projects and the studio meet with the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability

As Head of Property Services at The Natives, my role is to proactively grow our presence in this space by creating stand-out marketing campaigns and digital experiences that sell. In addition to property services, I also manage accounts across a range of industries including eCommerce and Startups.Responsibilities include- Assist with ongoing business development and growth opportunities- Creation and implementation of end-to-end marketing strategy for clients across the property, ecommerce and start-up industries- Proactive account management ensuring all KPIs, objectives, budgets, timelines and milestones are met- Social media marketing strategy and implementation- SEO & PPC client management- Video, photography, print and signage production management

I was engaged by Youth Central (www.youthcentral.vic.gov.au) to generate articles targeted at an audience 13-25 years old. My responsibilities included:- Interviewing a range of professionals for the Career Profiles section of the website- Reviewing a range of media including films, comics, and events- Maintained a quick turnaround on time relevant articles and was able to work to a tight deadline- Created promotional copy for various government organisations linked to Youth Central
