I followed an internship at the HR department of the Sanofi group. The company wanted to create ‘one HR platform’ between the entities of its three daughter companies (Sanofi, Genzyme and Merial) in the Benelux. I worked in a project team and my role was to analyze all the needed policies and business processes to create one HR platform. I created one consolidated business process flow for the new HR department.
