As the Mexico liaison, I partnered with corporate leadership, the ADP team, the Mexico Global Financial Services team, and the local HR/Payroll users in the employee payroll data system separation for Otis, Carrier and Aerospace.►Worked closely with the Mexico GFS team to design and execute test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Parallel Testing. ►Through the various testing cycles, collaborated with the team in validating and reconciling payroll-relevant data between Workday HCM (PICOF Connector) and GlobalView by using Spread Sheet Loader (SSL) templates, Infotype Compare Reports, and producing various GlobalView ad-hoc reports and queries. ►Identified and communicated risks and issues to management during project execution resulting in minimal project delay. ►Assisted in the Spanish translation of corporate communications to socialize important project-specific activities and deadlines. ►Providing post implementation hypercare support to the Mexico Otis GFS team.

I co-managed the conversion activities of the SAP ADP GlobalView Payroll master data for Rockwell Aerospace sites in Singapore, India, United Kingdom, and Mexico. ►In this streamlined project, we leveraged the lessons learned from the UTC global project to implement in a more timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high standard of data quality and completeness.

Led the data conversion activities of the ADP GlobalView Payroll Master Data of UTC sites in Mexico, Spain, and Hong Kong as part of a corporate-wide rollout of WorkDay HCM and ADP Payroll GlobalView systems.►Organized sessions with sites' Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ADP consultants, and technical conversion team developers to establish conversion requirements, approach, and data loading cycles. ►Developed an evolving Payroll Conversion Toolkit document to provide user-friendly guidance to site SMEs and project team members.►Assisted site SMEs with their data extracts, data cleansing, and data transformation. ►Organized kickoff and ongoing calls with sites SMEs to ensure content clarity of activities and priorities.►Validated extracted payroll data, resolved errors with site SMEs throughout the various payroll data collection cycles, and ultimately, loaded payroll master data into ADP GlobalView.►Maintained an open line of communication with site SMEs, ADP, and core team to hit target deadlines.Prior to the UTC Global Project, I provided on-going technical system support for the UTC Employee Self Service (ESS) applications by providing triage, analysis & design of enhancements, technical script development, and deployment. Assignments included converting additional data from ESS into the SuccessFactors Learning Management platform, enhancements to the AMEX Concur Traveler Feeds, and completed the technical analysis to deploy the existing Enterprise Mobile Managed Mobility Services to UTC global employees.At the beginning of my assignment with UTC, I was a technical production support consultant for the ADP Enterprise HR system (PeopleSoft version 4).
