Creating training materials and reporting tools and delivering training to audit providers within the UK and Europe.- I was the key contact for audit teams across the world, who managed local produce regions. Worked collaboratively to simplify the shared database and implement more efficient ways of working.

My placement project was to optimise cake quality in 3 ways: Working with suppliers to optimising bake profile, investigating different SRP options which would deliver the least damaged cake to store, and developing an easy to follow and robust transit trial process for all bakery suppliers to follow.
