Profile bio

About Li Sheng Kim

As a recent graduate in B.S. mechanical engineering at Western Michigan University, I aspire to someday develop my own product that can assist injured patients and physically disabled individuals in regaining their mobility. Aside from the classes I'm taking, I am studying more about orthopedic biomechanics by myself. I also analyze biomechanics research papers and attempt to rebuild the projects in those research papers as much as I can.For Computer-Aided Drafting, I first learned AutoCAD, which sparked my interest in CADs. This eventually led me to discover more softwares such as Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor, and PTC Creo. Every moment a crazy idea pops up in my head, I can be found attempting to draft and assemble it on AutoCAD or Solidworks. My school's computing center has 3-d printers I can utilize to test my designs. I am taking every opportunity to make myself learn, attempt, fail, and try again. I am open to any full-time job or internship opportunities to get me going in my endeavor to achieve my goals and dreams.
