With over 10 years of experience in the banking sector, I am a passionate and proactive financial leader with a mission to drive sustainable and inclusive growth for my organization and the society. I have a strong background in management reporting, IR, ESG, green financing, green bonds, ALM, FX trading, IFRS, business and strategic planning, financial modelling and controlling, macroeconomic and competitor analysis, and accounting and reporting. I successfully led the digital transformation of the reporting and BI systems, improved the ALM and FX trading processes and results, and enhanced the financial planning and forecasting accuracy and efficiency. I also contributed to the development and execution of the bank's strategic vision and goals, and supported the business units and functions with financial insights and guidance. I have also completed an Executive Development Program at London Business School, and hold an MBA in Global Finance and Banking from SBS Swiss Business School and RANEPA.
