- Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Accounts Payable function- Handling all AP activities that fall within the team, the role comprise of leading the team, identity and implement continuous improvement projects and continuously drive to achieve and exceed SLAs/KPIs.- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their briefs.- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced ) sub ledger and handling AP activities that fall within the transactional group.

former Gardner Denver (Ingersoll Rand Group)- On regular basis monitor, build, run and provide standard reporting updates to keystakeholders.- Investigate and analyze finance data-work with systems (Get Paid, SAP R3, SAP B1 and MS Dynamics) to prepare data sources for the reporting.- Technical, analytical and constant automation project ownership; deliver high quality reports based on individual report levelling.- Challenge the norm, strive to automate and better data sources, ad-hoc analysis onrequest.- Provide technical support and training to the all stream and keep technical process documentation and flow charts up to date.

- Supervising the activities of the accounts payable department.- Approve submitted invoices; preparation of KPI; setting of AP processes, supporting to AP manager with settings of various IT; projects and standardization of related processes; approvingof payments and solving accidental issues with regular payments.- Acting as an escalation point for team members; making higher-level; decisions related to daily AP work; coordinating of activities related to Month End closing (e.g. reconciliations, accruals, reports, journals); preparing of weekly reports; cooperation with accounting; teams in the respective countries; assisting with external andinternal audit.- Maintaining of key process documentation; supervising a team - recruitment, training, attendance and performance; appraisals; directly supervising 12 employees.

- Deputy AP/AR Team Leader.- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.- Acquired during daily practice; reviewing and evaluating of credit information fornew customers; reviewing credit limits; carrying out cash collection activity with customers to ensure sales invoices are paid on a timely basis, in order to minimize bad debts and value of overdue receivables; liaising with various internal departments (sales, customer services, finance); posting customer payments received on a daily basis.- Monitoring and reconciliation of AR accounts; reporting activities.- Co-ordination of team staff; participation in various internal projects.

- Deputy AP Team Leader.- Intercompany accounts balances, processing of incoming invoices fromsuppliers, regular payments to suppliers.- Communication with foreign clients, data preparation and assistance during monthly final accounts.- Audit assistance, reporting activities, participation in internal projects.

- Processing of foreign invoices – standard, partial and final invoices, customerservice, administrative.- Activities, preparations of monthly closing, reports preparations, coordinating ofinvoices processing for German entities.
