Role included writing or editing training material and building servers/VMs for use in training.

Provide higher tier (GSS escalated) support on Informatics products including Empower CDS and all its related topics, options and applications. Subject matter expert on 3rd party connection to Empower as well as Empower Server and Oracle support. Lead chair on Technical support for Agilent systems in Empower or Acquity systems on Excalibur (Thermo), Analyst (Sciex) and Hystar (Bruker). Liase with field on support calls as well as product managers and marketing for product improvement.

Provided first level technical phone support on software and hardware issues.
