• Delivered $37MM in NA transportation savings for FBA in 2011 through planning, developing execution plans and performance tracking for inventory placement initiatives. Among the factors included in the analysis: estimated seller contribution margin, shipped unit distribution, seller’s price elasticity of demand, available selection, category growth, and free cash flow.• Designed a strategy for a tiered fee structure for third party sellers who use Amazon services for fulfillment of customer orders. This structure is based on examining the addressable market, contribution profit per unit by segment, and impact of a fee change on total contribution profit.
