Continuous learning and development is a priority to me, so it's imperative I possess a growth mindset. I deploy tools and resources that support my growth on a regular basis (whether it's studying Spanish daily or checking off one of my yearly bucket list goals to learn a new skill). I am also a frequent traveler, which has given me a fresh perspective and allowed me to see outside my own lens. I have seen all 50 states, visited all 63 U.S. National Parks, traveled to 17 countries and 6 continents, and seen 1 wonder of the world. This has given me a wide perspective of the world, and fueled my desire for constant learning not only in my travels, but in my everyday life and the workplace. P.S. Alaska is my favorite state!
