I work for a staffing agency Strata force, in which I work for two companies. First was Stanley Black and Decker, I which I assembled Drills, Saws, Flash lights etc. For this job I had to be fast pasted and fast learner. I work in this company for 4 month. Then I got transferred to National Multiple Sclerosis Society of the Greater Carolina’s Chapter (NMSS). In which I did office work. Such as Filling, used Microsoft word, Excel, Etc., I also organized and supervises when a volunteer came to help out.I also work in the Hospitality industry for many years. I work and front desk agent at the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Charlotte NC for 5 ½ years. In which I check-in and check-out guest. Answer question regarding hotel and surrounding area of the hotel. I also work for the Long Island Marriott and Conference Center in NY, as well as the Melville Marriott as a Concierge associated, and the Islandia Marriott In the restaurant department. I also work for Ikea in Hicksville NY, as a replenishment agent, my job was to come and stock the different department that were missing item on the shelves. Also work for Starbucks/Target in Hicksville NY. I was a barista.My jobs Skill are different because I am a customer service agent. In which I like to learn from different company/jobs. I am interest in finding a permanent job helping costumer as a customer service agent. I am a fast learner, very organized and helpful to associates as well as costumers.
