I'm Liss Chávez, a proud 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 from 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼́𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘆, with 𝟭𝟰+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in #Digital Marketing and a decade in #eCommerce. My journey has taken me through exciting roles at leading companies like LG Electronics, Estée Lauder, and Walmart.🏆 𝗜𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯, I had the incredible honor of being recognized by Marketing4Ecommerce Magazine as the "𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿" of the year. I was also named 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 “𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗰𝗼” by Merca 2.0. 🎤 As a 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿, I've been invited to various events including Merca2.0, SHECommerce, EMMS by Doppler, IDRF, and SEODAY. Now, I’m charting my own path as the founder of 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮, a consultancy that’s all about eCommerce and Digital Marketing. Before this adventure, I spent 𝟲 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗚 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀, where I managed everything for lg.com and boosted the online presence of LG products, collaborating closely with major e-retailers. At 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗲́𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗿, I had the fabulous job of managing digital strategy and sales for luxury brands like Estée Lauder and Origins. My time at W𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲 was equally exciting, as I helped shape the eCommerce landscape by establishing the Email Marketing department and pioneering data segmentation.
