I have sole-charge of the Christchurch office of this national training company. I oversee a schedule of hundreds of classes per month, update and troubleshoot our websites, answer a wide variety of internal and external customer enquiries and manage exam and courseware bookings. A big focus of my role so far has been to create and implement processes to enable a geographically diverse workforce to collaborate and to create documentation so these processes are clear and easy for everybody to follow.

I started as the Software Assets Administrator, my role eventually evolved into Helpdesk coordinator and Tier 2 technical support. I trained users and created documentation of processes.
