Like the work we do to strengthen the muscles in our bodies, we can do exercises that do the same for our mind.Lissy is the Founder of MYNDY, a research-based mental fitness company. MYNDY offers a practical approach to mental fitness that is simple, self-directed, and focused on outcomes, helping the modern mind get unstuck, make progress, and feel better over time. Through work with organizations such as MIT and Google, this model has helped many individuals and institutions put their minds first.MYNDY is currently working on a new scalable technology to drive accountability and practice of mental fitness.Before building MYNDY, Lissy specialized in working with organizations to measure and operationalize culture, improve engagement, and enhance workforce development. Partnering with some of the world’s largest corporations (including JPMorgan, American Express, Charles River Laboratories, and NYT) and startups (as a founding member of the enterprise team at General Assembly), Lissy worked with teams to co-create and execute on high-impact initiatives to drive results. One of the biggest challenges she saw in high-growth organizations was the struggle with mental fitness among employees. This became the motivation behind creating MYNDY: to help people build confidence, optimism, resilience and energy into their lives so that they can thrive both personally and professionally.Whether she is working with individuals on their personal growth or with organizations on cultural transformation, Lissy’s research and experience is focused on bridging the gap between intention and outcomes.
