Temporary 6 month contract after relocation back to Norwich. My main role is to plan and implement upgrades to all computers running windows XP within a number of institutes. This consists of around 700 hundred machines including a large number controlling scientific equipment. The process involves communication with the customer and performing the upgrade. As part of the computing support team I also deal with more varied support queries.
