Responsible for all overall operations within the restaurant, including budgets/P&L management and reconciliation, quarterly business planning, assets protection, ordering/ inventory, food and company recipe spec adherence, interview and selection and orientation of hourly team members, etc.Coach and develop Assistant Managers for future promotion and succession planning.Work closely with area coach to ensure profitability of restaurant unit, monthly and quarterly budget auditing/ planning and profit and loss reconciliation, cost control, etc. Maintain standards of service and food quality/presentation by working directly with hourly team members in both front and back of house positions.
