Responsible for the entire operational process (Goods, Personnel, Delivery Performance, Tools and Equipment, Machinery) in the operational area.Monitor the quality of goods handling within the assigned module; control the flow of goods being processed to ensure the company’s service quality.Manage the warehouse staff team; assign tasks to warehouse employees; handle any issues that arise during the goods processing (45-60 people).Provide weekly reports on the status and delivery operations, highlight any issues or occurrences during the work process, and propose solutions.Control the orders of partners or brands when entering the warehouse.
