• Concept Design: Build existing house and context buildings in Archicad,perform site analysis, create design sketches and presentation diagrams,and compile concept reports.• Design Development and DA: Refine design options based on clientfeedback, research LEP and DCP controls, prepare DA documentation, andcoordinate with consultants while reviewing their reports.• Construction Documentation: Prepare construction documentationpackages, coordinate with suppliers and consultants, and manage samplecollection.• Construction Administration: Conduct on-site visits with the Architect,create agendas, and take minutes for on-site meetings.• Office Admin: Develop an office design guide based on design workshopsand assist in photographing completed projects.

Project Officer of the Chinese New Year Program 2017Main responsibilities: Maintaining relationships and liaison with program stakeholders; Attending stakeholder meetings; Translating various department publication; Providing cultural, language and custom services training to program stakeholders; Creating and maintaining project related documents; Coordinating and managing logistics; Onsite support of the CNY program;

Translating documents assigned by the non English speaking colleagues either from English into Chinese or vice versa, the documents including but not limited to: explanatory notes of geological maps, mining and exploration reports, legal documents, financial reports, board meeting minutes, company correspondences; Interpreting in English and Chinese bilingual meetings and other business settings;Keeping the company’s petty cash and paying the cash reimbursement;Maintaining daily cash book and reporting to the accountant monthly;Maintaining a record of company’s facilities and equipments;Daily administrative duties including: answering client phone enquiries, receiving and delivering company mails, setting up meetings, booking flights and accommodations for colleagues and clients, ensuring that office facilities are kept in good order and other duties as assigned.
