- Logistics: Drive vision and strategic direction for LEDVANCE's Logistics organization; Overall responsibility of all Logistics activities (Transportation, Warehouse, Import&Export) within the region APAC; Manage budgets & cost for the operational functions; Negotiate & lead the operational team to manage inbound freight cost and operation to other regions (EU+US+LATAM) - SC Planning: Design the supply chain end to end planning process from SOP to supply planning; lead the planning team to reach the excellence on ATP/DSL/TOR/OTD as well as inventory target- Supplier Management: strategic supplier selection & audit; set up & monitor supplier KPI, join supplier QBR (Quarterly Biz Review) & carousel to ensure OTD of the global demands- SCM PROCESS: Initiate and implement comprehensive logistics/SCP/PUR strategies and programs, in support of LEDVANCE's Regional strategic goals and secure maximum productivity, process and cost targets.

- Design end to end supply chain management from SOP/demand planning to OTD attainment from CM&ODM&MER suppliers /own manufacturing sites to support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities- Lead the production & material planning in 4 own manufacturing site in APAC - Outsourcing supplier management including but not limited to OTD, lead time reduction, KPI measurements as well as relationship management- Inventory management, including raw material, semi FG and FG Inventory level optimization- Built up & integrate new teams to current high performance team; providing necessary trainings, guidance and coaching to the team members and ensure their sustainable improvement and development- Implement new or improved supply chain processes.

- Customer Service: Acts as customer advocate, support ECG customers globally (NAFTA, Europe & APAC), deliver the highest level of responsiveness, quality, accuracy and exceptional customer service. - Project Coordination: Monitor and controlling of project performance including scheduling and cost; Supervision of project related interdepartmental communication flow

- support the sales team to finish bidding, cost calculation, price quotation, contract negotiation and execution-  Controlling of purchasing: lead the commercial team to finish the purchasing of project equipmentS, including price quotation, negotiation, delivery, invoicing and payment. Supplier channel management.-  Contract management: establishing a set of efficient contract management system in the company

 - Market analysis: analyze the 3G TD-SCDMA China market trend - Controlling: controlling of the cost of R&D, planning of the resource - Commercial product line management: strategy of pricing of the TD-SCDMA - Risk management

 - Sales, production and service commercial - Purchasing order processing: placing purchasing order to the factory in Germany, following up the delivery, invoicing and payment- Internal budget controlling: prepare annual budget plan, and control the monthly budget of each department  - Coordination with HQ in Germany for all kinds of commercial issues including pricing
