Responsible to submit all administrative needs from the ITB dormitory tutorfor the implementation of character building activities for 110tutors and 1200 other students living in the dormitory, supervise and efficiently allocate budget by ITB dormitory, report the financial accountability of dormitory tutors activities

Responsible to organize Student Development activities through theimplementation of Character Education courses for 60 students and fulfilling all administrative and financial needs as well as curriculum planning needs as a means of fulfilling the Tridharma of higher education, organized a character development program for 1200 students living in the ITB dormitory

Organize product and store data on the Distribution Center that the company needs to useCreate a VBAExcel-based data processing facility to process and complete product and store data to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of data useCoordinate the filling of various data for 34 Distribution Centers in Indonesia and Malaysia

Responsible to help the lecturer preparing, compiling and arranging document needed for accreditation of chemical engineering major.

Responsible to manage about 20 female tutors in doing their responsibilities, plan tutor's development program for a year and help connecting tutor, dormitory residence and dormitory employee.

Deputy Coordinator's task is to help Coordinator in doing their responsibilities to connect and communicate new students, tutor, and Asrama ITB's employee, helps Asrama ITB to provide programs for new students and tutor as self development. Deputy Coordinator works to manage around 40 tutors, and to communicate with 300 new students, and 20 employee in each dormitory.

Counseling Tutor is a mentor or partner of around 10-15 new students in Bandung Institute of Technology who lived in Asrama Sangkuriang. Tutor has to see their mentee every 2 weeks telling some motivational spirit, hearing the stories of each mentee, and help to solve their mentee's problem according to their own experience before.

PIC of Social Community helped to connect and communicate Asrama ITB with the local residents including making sure Rumah Ilmu Keluarga Sangkuriang (RIKSA) as a teaching (educational) organization run well.

Frosh Project ID is purposed to help new students in university to adapt, to know their self better, to think critically, and to give their best contribution for their surrounding. This program held with one mentor and 3 groups of students (each group consist of 5 students) with interactive media.
