He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a CFA charter holder.Mr. Gada has over 14 years of experience in leading Private Equity investments (early stage growth companies), Investment Banking, Merger & Acquisition (M&A) transactions in the consumer, retail, real estate and agro sectors. He has executed 11 PE investment transactions (including 2 follow on investments) totaling approx. INR 2000 million.He has a proven track record of implementing business strategies, developing financial model & business plan for raising equity and working capital finance. He has strong understanding of the financials and extremely conservative on valuations. He is able to link movement in currency, commodity prices, policies etc with impact on business of portfolio companies. In his previous stints he has been extensively involved since deal initiation till the disbursement of money to the company. He has closely monitored portfolio companies post investment. Mr. Litesh Gada in past, has assisted portfolio companies in preparing annual budgets, raising debt from banks and ECB, raising additional equity, appointing internal & statutory auditors, selection of CFO, implementing of ERP etcHe was awarded with ‘40 Under 40 Alternative Investment Professionals in India’ award by the Indian Association of Alternative Investment Funds (IAAIF) in January 2018. He is a long distance runner since 2009. He has participated and successfully completed 7 full marathons and 4 half marathons.In the past, he has worked with organizations like RSM & Co (merged with PwC), PwC India, Chess Capital, SEAF India and SREI Alternatives.
