• Chair and ensure site conducts EHS Committee bi-monthly meetings, along with drafting meeting minutes and distributing for approval & signing by 16.2 Appointee.• Investigate, determine the root cause of Incidents & Near Misses using the 5-Why Method. Report and record according to the PepsiCo EHS Event Reporting Standard 01.• Collate information and report on a monthly basis, the EHS (L1, L2, THPH) and Sustainability (Electricity, Waste Water, Fuel, Waste) KPI's, using the PepsiCo myEHS portal.• Facilitating PepsiCo EHS Training Capability (FM Global & MESS) within Site Operational teams and report on progress, Quarterly to EHS Lead.• Lead in the effective implementation of the PepsiCo Standard 66 - Working at Heights, as the elected Standard Champion. Support and verify with site based EHS personnel for Legacy Pioneer Foods plants progress or challenges faced.• Conduct regular site compliance inspections and log all identified & reported Near Misses on the PepsiCo myEHS portal.
