IRT Group is one of Australia’s largest community based Aged Care group providing care to over 10,000 care recipients a day. They manage communities across 30 locations in NSW and QLD. In December 2014 Berala on the Park was sold the IRT Group. I was part of the management team who facilitated the preparation of the sale of the business and the due diligence. I am part of the integration management team. We have successfully merged with an aged care facility chain with an annual turnover $1 Billion dollars.

Berala on the Park is a multi-award winning aged care facility. It has 125 beds, 80 low care and 45 high care beds. In 2009 the extensive renovation and build was completed. It is a family owned business for 40 years. We won the best Aged Care Services in Australia in 2012 as well as a High Commendation Nationally through Aged Care Services of Australia in 2011 as well as 7 local business awards.I manage a 125 bed aged care facility and I am responsible for all the day to day operations, financial management, marketing management and management of the facility. I have three senior manager in my management team. I am a board member and I report directly to the Managing Director/Proproetor. I manage a team of 110 fulltime and casual staff.
