About Litisha Hall, M.A.

My journey to success began with my commitment to education. I defied expectations and earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in African American Studies. My academic achievements shattered the doubts cast upon me, and I set out to prove that I could overcome any obstacle.Immediately after completing my undergraduate studies, I embarked on a fulfilling career journey. I dedicated myself to serving as a beacon of hope for less fortunate youth, working tirelessly as a staff member in a group home for adolescent girls facing mental and emotional challenges. My background in psychology allowed me to make a meaningful impact on the lives of these young individuals, but I soon realized the need for further professional growth. My relentless pursuit of growth led me to become a Long Beach Job Corps Center guidance counselor. Here, I honed my skills in helping youth transition to self-sufficiency while gaining valuable insights into vocational education. My thirst for knowledge led me to become a Career Development Specialist at California State University, Long Beach Foundation, where I played a pivotal role in assisting individuals in acquiring the skills necessary for their employment goals. My dedication to personal and professional growth propelled me to pursue a Master of Arts in Occupational Studies, specializing in career counseling. This educational achievement gave me a deeper understanding of my field and solidified my reputation as a trusted expert. My path in the basketball industry began at the prestigious Michael Jordan Flight School, a youth summer basketball camp from 1997 to 2017. My journey took an exciting turn when I joined Nike's Basketball Sports Marketing department. Over my 18-year tenure, I became an account specialist, skillfully managing product processes for premier basketball events across the United States and Canada. My creative vision helped shape and enhance the Elite Youth Brand Story, creating a cohesive and recognizable brand identity. In 2021, I embraced a new challenge as I assumed the Director of Community, Corporate, and Professional Relations role at DePaul University's men's basketball program. My dedication and impact were quickly recognized, leading to my promotion to General Manager in 2022. I supported the program's student-athletes in this role by spearheading professional development, strategic partnerships, community engagement, and NIL brand building. I have recently accepted the Manager of Community Engagement position at Tricolor Holdings, LLC.
