• Plan, direct and coordinate a wide variety of construction project, this includes roads, bridges, storm drainage, sewer line, piling works and slope protection. • Oversee the whole project for the schedule, budget, design and construction processes including the selection, hiring, and oversight of specialty trade contractors. • Oversee the construction supervision and workers. • Oversee the billing process in and out in relation with schedule and actual accomplishment on site. • Deputized for the General Manger when required.

Deputize for the Resident Engineer, when required. • Assisted the Resident Engineer with the coordination of Transco projects through SAADIYAT ISLAND (1600 mm Diameter DIP water line, 400 & 132 KV high voltage electrical line. • Monitor the installation of 1200 DIP and network, this included FMC, CVC, VC, WO and AV chambers connection and 30 million gallons tanks. • Review contractor’s submissions for erosion and slope protection construction methodology. • Supervise contractor's work to achieve construction in accordance with the contract documents. • Review contractor's technical submissions. Provide all necessary on-site direction and issue site instructions. • Confirm measure of work done for interim valuations. • Observe site safety practices. • Record up-to-date contract information. • Prepare progress reports as required. • Confirm correctness and completeness of 'as built' drawings. • Provide leadership and advice to subordinate staff. • Monitor contractor's compliance with the requirements of approved safety plan and report deficiencies immediately to the Supervisor.
