- Project delivery, manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects- Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors- Manage site team for installation, testing & commissioning and troubleshooting of laboratory systems.- Perform as consultant in engineering support to laboratory feasibility study, conceptual design and detail engineering. - Technical support to sales team, including tender specification, technical clarifications, etc.- Additional roll to manage key accounts in Malaysia, Taiwan and Korea, including sales, project delivery, technical consultation and after sales support.

- Pioneer member of Waldner Singapore (a small team of 2 players) setting up the company, first operate as a local representative office to the parent company, then grow into a local entity as a subsidiary to HQ.- Scope of work include project delivery, stakeholder management, after sales management and as a point of contact for clients in Asia Pacific.- Coordinate interface with parent company in Germany in term of engineering, production, installation, and the setting up of local office.- Setup and lead a local site team for local project execution and after sales support.
