Responsibilities:• Develop and implement Health, Safety and Environmental best practice, ensuring the bank complies with current legislation, approved codes of practice and government guidance. • Work proactively with managers to establish and maintain safe systems of work and a safe environment for all members of staff and clients. • Establish and maintain standards, processes, communication, training systems to ensure all elements of government remain compliant. • Ensure that all policies, procedures rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated to all staff. • Ensure the company meets its statutory obligations in all areas relating to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting. • Maintain an accurate, up to date accident and ‘near miss’ log ensuring that all accidents are documented and investigated and any recommended improvements are implemented. • Carry out regular safety inspections, fir drills, risk assessment updates, and reviews working procedures, ensuring employees are aware of the responsibilities regarding H&S. • Monitoring, ensuring compliance with all the protocol, decrees, announcement regarding COVID-19. • Develop and implement the BCP plan of COVID-19, organized all actions regarding COVID-19, (disinfection, take actions for all cases, test requirements, hygiene products, vaccination folder, communication with the staff and management 24/7).

Responsible for ensuring that managers, supervisors and employees are carrying out their roles in compliance with the company’s health and safety policies and procedures. Organize and implement the maintenance of equipment and building, with the contractors and the maintenance team.Duties: • Ensuring compliance with all current legislation, codes of practice and relevant standards, Investigate accidents and dangerous occurrences. • Serving as the first responder to and investigator of safety incidents and mishaps. • Maintaining proper records. • Ensuring that equipment is installed correctly and safety. • Making regular site inspections. • Advising Managers, colleagues of safe working practices. • Conducting training courses. • Carrying out safety inspections. • Performing root cause analysis for incident/accident investigations.• Producing risk assessments.• Recording and investigating and accidents or incidents.• Keeping up to date with all new legislation & development in H&S and advising the business of any changes.• Carrying out site safety inductions. Identifying staff training requirements.• Maintaining an audit trail of all H&S documents. Assisting in the documentation of contractual agreements with third party organizations.• Organize the maintenance services. • Maintaining proper records for all maintenance for each location and equipment/unit. • Arrange the monthly and yearly service by contractors.
