Inspecting building blueprints and drawings to understand how everything is put together and look for problems. Receive submittals from all of the sub-contractors on their materials and products they plan to use and have to approve or deny them based off the drawings and specifications manual.

This company was just a small auto collision repair shop that I worked at through high school. I did learn a lot working there though. I mostly helped all other workers on any jobs they were working on but also was given my own cars to fix. I did a little mechanical work on the vehicles when needed but being a body shop, that's not needed very often. As far as the in and outs of repairing a vehicles looks though, I do know a lot of that. Working here also really helped build my understanding of cars and how to work well with others. Teamwork was a huge thing working there; it was especially important in keeping us all on track to get customer vehicles fixed and returned on time.
