In this role I was responsible for the national sales performance of Hilti's product and service offerings into the Interior Finishing trade (drywallers, carpenters, flooring, etc) in the Canadian construction industry (approximately $72M). This involved: - Providing support and strategic guidance to Account Managers to ensure we build, maintain, and improve the relationships we have with our customers. - Supporting Regional Managers with regional strategies for new product roll-out, product pricing, Account Manager training and shared learning. This includes determining regional success stories that can be actioned into national strategies.- Bench-marking our performance against different parameters (e.g. regional sales, or year/year comparison) to monitor results and determine if there are areas that require attention.- Working with the Interior Finishing trade team throughout North America to discuss gaps in Hilti's product or services portfolio and how it can be filled. - Developing & running marketing events such as trade shows, internal product showcases & hands-on, sales events, and digital marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities I have had:- I currently own the pricing and strategy of Canadian Firestop Specialty Contractors. - For 6 months in 2023 I managed the Building Construction trade (concrete, formwork, masonry, etc) along with the Interior Finishing trade (approx. $170M combined). - For 6 months in 2022 I managed the Steel & Metal trade along with the Interior Finishing trade (approx. $105M combined). This included developing and leading internal steering to support us through supply chain challenges. - In 2021 I supported the Mechanical & Electrical trade along with leading the Interior Finishing trade.- Leading Canada-wide training of new internal software and sales approach.

I also researched and did the due diligence (such as NDAs) for potential manufacturing partnerships for various product types and market-specific needs. · Technical Leadership: Provide product knowledge, product compliance, product training, and troubleshooting to team.· Customer Satisfaction: Work with Quality Manager & team on defective delivered material, engage customer to provide transparent time lines and corrective actions.· Business Improvement: Identify supply- & value-chains issues and develop opportunities & strategies for improvement.· Team Management: Led a group of 7 & onboarded new employees by introducing them to company policies and culture.
