• Supervised 15 employees who oversee technology in instructional spaces, offices, meeting rooms, and public spaces across nine locations, totaling 6,000+ devices (included mentoring, workload assignments, professional and leadership development, and performance evaluations).• Managed $850k+ annual budget, expense allocations, and procurement for hardware and software refreshes aligning with established replacement plan.• Established and transformed processes and identified products or methods to streamline user experiences across the institution.• Led project updating 315+ Board Policies for Indian River State College ensuring statutory compliance.• Served as IT Administrator and Project Manager for IRSC’s Adobe Creative Campus project. IRSC became the first community college in the nation to offer Adobe Creative Cloud applications, without cost, to students, faculty, and staff on all IRSC Campuses.• Directed a project to migrate and/or dispose of over 2.5 million digital records from Fortis to OnBase, thereby complying with record retention and data security standards.• Supervised a project to discover asset recycling vendor with zero cost, secure drive wiping, and environmentally friendly standards to remove the risk of improper asset disposal. Over 4,000 assets will be securely and environmentally removed within the first calendar year of the agreement.• Spearheaded a project to integrate Adobe Sign with Workday to allow for the usage of digital signatures.• Led a project to install and maintain 15 Bloomberg Terminals (financial services) across five locations.• Pioneered the successful launch of Indiantown High School (IHS) and distribution of 100+ computers to students,staff, and learning spaces. Operated by IRSC in partnership with the Martin County School District, IHS is a public charter high school focusing on college preparedness and career and workforce education.
