Fresh out of Norway in 2017, Neonomics arose as a direct response to the impending challenges facing the banking industry during its radical transition into the era of PSD2 and open banking. Neonomics – literally meaning “New Economy”, is a direct pointer on what we aim to achieve.• Working on definition of scope for Neonomics product offering• Product backlog management and prioritization• Collaboration with sales and customer onboarding team to translate customers requirements to defined set of tasks to be implemented• Product Owner to Integration team of 10 developers, responsible for integration with banks that Neonomics prodive via our platform

• Responsible for automation projects. Have gathered requirements, designed solution, overseen implementation and delivery for invoices processing, using electronic document management, OCR and RPA. Project is live and saves 16 hours and 8000 NOK every month, also reducing environmental footprint.• Custom minor automations - mainly using PowerShell scripts to reduce manual workload in various departments.• Prototyping UI of core business systems and web applications, using Adobe XD and Figma.• Monthly reports implementation using Microsoft Power BI.

• Mainly responsible for the delivery of resourcing software solution used in 30 countries by 30000 users. Performed project features planning and prioritization, budget controlling, requirements management and team managements according to Scrum methodology• Handled development of ERP systems for Nordic markets, used by the leading companies in construction industry. Incidents handling, change requests management and customer support• Obtained team-management experiences by leading a small group of Business Analysts, responsible for change request management, customer support and new features analysis

• Built up a team of Business Analysts from scratch in my own department and contributed with best practices to definition of BA position globally in Fujistu Poland• Gained experience as a Service Delivery Manager, being responsible for 2 major releases of our core business product to 5 markets• Mentored junior colleagues and lead their transformation to Business Analyst position• Obtained experiences in development of ERP systems for construction businesses.

• Successfully conducted requirements gathering sessions for 11 markets in automotive / financial business and solely transformed them in technical specifications for a development team of 20+ colleagues• Handled a full range of business analysis activities in a day-to-day communication with key customer representatives• Gained extensive experience with modelling languages and notations, mostly focusing on UML and BPMN 2.0
