Schedule and conduct prescreen appointments for potential participants to determine their eligibility for clinical trials. Closely manage patients through multifaceted tracking tools and the vast CNS database, which includes daily phone calls to/from potential and past participants. Gather pre-existing medical records and medical history for potential patients as required by study protocol prior to participant's enrollment in the CNS clinical trial. Work closely with the Outreach Director, Community Outreach, and Study Coordinators to troubleshoot concerns regarding patients.

Manufacture, store and distribute blood products/samples. Maintain manual and computer records associated with production or testing. . Meet the quality and quantity production and distribution goals established by the department. Operate, maintain and perform quality control checks on equipment. Ensure adequate inventory of required supplies. Perform data entry and operate the computer programs associated with component production, labeling, storage, and shipping. Maintain accurate, legible and complete manufacturing department records. Perform the quarantine and disposition of unacceptable products/samples. Ensure products are suitable for release for distribution and are managed appropriately.Perform good inventory management practices throughout the manufacturing and shipping process. May perform customer service or inventory management as requested. Maintain accurate electronic and physical inventory locations for products.

Performs basic clerical tasks including but not limited to: filing and file creation, copying, typing, operating basic office machines, basic word processing, data entry, mail intake and dissemination/organization, assisting in answering the Financial Aid phone line and routing calls appropriately, assisting with on campus presentations, organizing and disseminating incoming documents, imaging documents into computer system, and assisting with special projects as assigned.[Knowledge in Image Now Software, Elucian Banner Console, and Processing of sensitive confidential documents.]

Become knowledgeable of the campus to call accepted, interested, and prospective students to UC Merced and answer any questions they have. Learn and memorize information regarding campus in order to be prepared for any questions students have. Maintain great customer service and a friendly personality to interact efficiently with students. Take the initiative to quickly and efficiently call as many students as possible, while helping them to my full ability.
