My background in mentoring our younger generation to be independent and have strong work ethic. By empowering others, we can change our world. I have learned that all human beings just want to be understood and heard.My learning style is hands on but also most importantly continuous education in our industry, economics and current state of affairs. Team unity is crucial for an organization to become stable. Working on my own allows me to reflect on myself to become a stronger individual and build future leaders. My goal is to be apart of a growing organization. I am an outgoing, ambitious and assertive individual, which makes me well-suited for a leadership role.
