Ltd. to deal with local authorities (local government, customs, inspection bureau, etc) and other external parties.

As production team leader and plant management team member, be responsible for: To manage all aspects of production operations including base oil terminating Blending, filling operations and raw material warehouse to ensure production targets are achieved with a high level of operational effectiveness with the minimum possible lead times and operating costs To contribute to the production and capacity planning of the plant operations are executed within the planned schedules with the required quality and lead times To co-ordinate with procurement department to ensure availability of raw materials & packaging to meet production schedule requirements taking To co-ordinate the receipt and discharging of base oils received by ship & to ensure that terminal operations are conducted in a safe manner meeting all local a third party inspection requirement & avoiding demurrage charges. To ensure that all equipment is operated in a safe and productive manner & to ensure that equipment downtimes are minimized through planned condition monitoring. To control and report on production operation and effectiveness including the management and control of raw material inventories, minimizing wastage or loss. To ensure that production control and quality management procedures are complied with at all levels. To ensure plant areas are maintained in a clean & safe operating condition with high levels of good housekeeping minimizing risks of loss or damage. To ensure planned and co-ordinate work flow through all plant operations and maximize plant productivity. To ensure that all workers including contractors who work in production area have received enough HSSE training and all production operations are complied with BP HSSE standards.

Negotiate with 3rd party logistic company for reasonable cost. Prepare and participate bidding program during contract renew.Work closely with supply planning department to minimize inter RDC transfer cost and low down stock level to minimize working capital.
