Job responsibilities include:i) Lead all electrical works for 500kV, 275kV, 132kV transmission lines throughout the state grid (incl. 8 operation teams, 3 maintenance teams, 1 wayleave operation team) consisting of 7 engineers, 2 engineer assistants, 10 senior technicians, and teams of over 120+ techniciansii. Strategizing and planning divisional (electrical) goals, KPIs and work programs, managing resources (inventory, manpower and transportation)iii. Lead and control activities and expenses (OPEX & CAPEX)iv. Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work ordersv. Prepare management papersvi. Manage line studies projects with EPRIvii. Develop procedures and guidelines for transmission line operation and maintenance best practicesviii. Manages internal stakeholders (e.g. System planning & development, finance & accounting, projects, land & wayleave, legal, risk, HSSE, asset management, distribution, generation/power stations) and engage with external stakeholders (e.g. regional utilities, EIU, District Offices, SACOFA, Pan Borneo contractors, Bomba, Forestry, oil palm plantations, suppliers, consultants, landowners, Land & Survey, etc.)ix. Manages inventory of 7 stores with spare materials, emergency restoration system, tools and equipment, testing devices.

Job responsibilities are:i) Coaches the project and site teams on completion management procedures and activities for the all four main transmission line packages for the 500kV backbone projects namely Package A (196km Similajau to Mapai Transmission Line Project), Package B (179km Mapai to Lachau Transmission Line Project), Package C (137km Lachau to Tondong Transmission Line Project), and Package 2 (50km Mapai to Oya Transmission Line Project). ii) Provides completion system setup support and development for 275kV Murum to Samalaju 2 transmission line project and a few 132kV transmission line projects namely 132kV Tanjung Manis 2 to Tanjung Manis 1, 132kV Petian to Daro, 132kV Sg. Maaw to Tanjung Manis 2 and 132kV Daro to Sg. Maaw. iii) Develops main steering documents for completion management system, guideline for best practices in completion management activities for 500kV transmission line projects, guidelines for acceptance criteria, templates and checklists for transmission line projects, and ISY CMS software testing and development processes. iv) Manages quality assurance matters and proper documentation in every critical activity of the projects for effective and efficient handover process to the Asset Owner on all completion gates (FAT, foundation, section line inspection, final line patrol), before commissioning, before handover to operations, and before expiration of defect liability period. All documentation is controlled, and defects are monitored by applicant via CMS software application.

My job responsibilities include:i) Assists Project Manager in managing 141km Lachau to Tondong 500kV transmission line project, considered as the project communication hub, the end of the funnel for all reports, requests, memoranda and complaintsii) Control and manages all site construction activities, including civil works, tower erection, conductor stringing works, HSSE, resources. iii) Provides engineering support to the Engineering Management team for transmission line projects on the electrical engineering part such as standardization of SOPs, document registration, review methodology and FAT procedures, especially for overhead line fitting materials. iv) Responsible for refining, summarizing and translating information to ensure that project stakeholders are well-informed about objectives, budgets, schedules, policies, requirements and project change proposals.v) Manages the project activities in each phases, on time, within budget and quality-assured.

My responsibilities include:i) involvement in pre-engineering phase, tendering, technical tender evaluation for few of the transmission line packages (275kV Tada-Oya, 500kV Similajau-Oya, 500kV Tada-Lachau and 500kV Lachau-Tondong);ii) assist in preparation of tender specification (electrical works) preparation for 132kV transmission lines projects (i.e. Muara Tabuan–Tabuan Road, Sejingkat Power Station–Astana and Tudan–Miri Airport) during secondment to Engineering Support Team;iii) familiar with the transmission lines Standards (i.e. IEC) on the sample tests, routine tests, type tests requirement for current national transmission lines project construction, testing and commissioning;iv) involved in survey work (line route survey, tower pegging, access road survey, realignment) for transmission line project.

My job responsibilities include:i) planning and controls of the electrical work programs and resources (manpower, equipment and materials) for the transmission lines in Sarawak; ii) solving wayleave (Right of Way) problems with landowners;iii) locating and analyzing line fault by software application such as Travelling Wave Fault Locator, Lightning Sensor and BEN fault locator;iv) coordinating the operation of emergency restoration system using Lindsey ProSpot 5.0.57 (Lindsey Modular Emergency Restoration Structures) according to IEEE 1070;v) involved in technical specification checking, material acceptance and site inspection on transmission line projects, as well as the handing over rectification work, testing and energization of line realignment project.

My job responsibilities include:i) in charge of projects with 11kV & 33kV distribution supply services (overhead lines up to 33kV, underground cabling up to 33kV, substations up to 11kV), including Turnkey & Rural Electrification Scheme projects. ii) managing annual contracts of Bintulu distribution network covering Sebauh, Tatau, Kuala Tatau, Sg. Asap areas such as (1) Overhead Lines Installation Services, (2) 11kV Substation Routine Maintenance, (3) Underground Cable Laying and Street Lighting Column Erection, (4) Construction of Outdoor Substation Civilworks and (5) Transportation of General Electrical Goods, Gensets and Engine Spares Between Bintulu Wharf and SESCO or Mechanical Store, Tg. Kidurong;iii) involved in the installation of 33kV Kuala Tatau Overhead Line Project. iv) involved in scheduled and unplanned repair and maintenance operations for distribution system.
